OmTones (omtones.com) is a free, browser-based drone generator and part of the Audio Tools Network. This policy explains, in plain language, what data is involved when you use the site and how it is handled. If anything here is unclear, email us at contact@omtones.com.

The short version

All audio on OmTones is synthesized locally in your browser using the Web Audio API. We do not record audio, we do not require accounts or sign-ups, and we do not collect or store your personal information on our own servers. We do not sell your personal data to anyone. The data described below is handled by standard third-party services (ads and analytics) that nearly every free site relies on.

Cookies

OmTones uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are set by us to remember basic preferences, and some are set by the third-party services described below. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings; doing so will not stop the drone generator from working.

Advertising (Google AdSense and third-party vendors)

This site shows ads served through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand anonymous, aggregate usage, such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. This helps us improve the tool. Google Analytics may set cookies and process data as described in Google's privacy policy.

Affiliate links

OmTones contains affiliate links, including links to products on Amazon as part of the Amazon Associates program. If you click one of these links and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This helps keep the tool free.

No sale of personal data

We do not sell your personal data. Because the audio is generated locally in your browser, we do not collect audio recordings, account details, or other personal content from your sessions.
